Private Client Director

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with leads generated by the company’s marketing team.
• Build relationships with high-net-worth prospective clients to understand their financial objectives and provide customised solutions.
• Educate prospective clients on the range of wealth management offerings available.
• Develop and execute a consultative sales approach to identify client needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities within your territory and expanding the client base.
• Maintain consistent communication with prospects through phone calls, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions to build trust and credibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless on-boarding and ongoing client satisfaction.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in selling financial services to private investors or high-net-worth individuals.
• Proven track record of successfully acquiring high-net-worth clients.
• Strong experience in managing high-volume phone activity as well as conducting in-person meetings.
• Demonstrated ability to apply a consultative sales approach and develop long-term client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.
