Customer Relations Officer (CRO) (HIP)

We are looking for a Customer Relations Officer to support our new upgrading project (Enhancement for active seniors (EASE) for private housing)

Job Description:

• Liaise with residents and handle enquiries/feedback.
• Coordinate appointments and site activities.
• Provide project updates and ensure smooth communication.
• Perform any clerical duties assigned by immediate superior.
• Ensure good rapport and maintaining positive relations with residents.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'A' Level.
• Minimum 2-years of public relations work experience in HDB's upgrading projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality and friendly disposition.
• Candidates with HDB HIP experience would be an added advantages.
• 5.5 days work/week or Alternate full Saturday or alternate one weekday off.
• Location: North-East
