Architectural Manager (A1 maincon)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the architectural team throughout the project lifecycle.

• Review and coordinate architectural drawings, shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documents.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams on architectural matters.

• Ensure architectural works comply with project specifications, authority requirements, and quality standards.

• Resolve architectural design and site coordination issues to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor site progress and ensure architectural works are completed according to approved drawings and project schedules.

• Attend project meetings and provide technical support to project teams.

• Review and approve architectural materials, mock-ups, and workmanship.

• Ensure timely submission of architectural documentation and as-built drawings.

• Drive continuous improvement in architectural coordination and construction processes.
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Studies, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the construction industry

• Experience in residential or commercial projects.

• Knowledge of BCA regulations, and construction practices.
