This role will include:

• Building and nurturing new client relationships
• Managing the entire recruitment process, from initial phone screening to contract negotiations
• Creating business strategies to meet client needs and secure sales
• Identifying and generating potential leads
• Conducting post-recruitment follow-ups with clients and candidates
• Delivering excellent customer service and establishing strong rapport with clients and candidates

What are we looking for?

• Degree or Diploma with interest in sales, HR or business development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both candidates and clients
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capability to manage multiple priorities
