Credit Review Officer (Corporate and IB Loan Review)

Job Responsibilities

- Review the appropriateness of credit ratings and maintain consistency in the application of credit ratings.

- Conduct an overall analysis of the quality of the loan portfolio.

- Review compliance with credit policies and relevant regulations, and recommend policy revisions where necessary.

- Review the appropriateness of credit approvals and compliance with loan agreements.

- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and presentations, and conduct staff training.

- Review the accuracy of problem loan identification by credit officers and the timeliness of corrective actions.

- Report credit review findings and required actions to management and conduct follow-up monitoring.

- Support and manage credit review activities for overseas branches.

Requirements

- Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3–7 years or more of relevant experience in credit review, credit assessment, corporate restructuring, or debt recovery.

- Strong understanding of corporate lending procedures and relevant banking regulations.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess corporate financial conditions and credit risks.

- Experience in preparing analytical reports and presentations.

- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required; experience with data analysis tools is preferred.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
