Senior Technician (Electrical)

Job Description

• Lead and supervise a team of technicians to attend to electrical-related complaints and service requests.
• Conduct investigations, perform rectification works, and provide updates to Technical Officers.
• Ensure accurate documentation of rectification and maintenance activities in accordance with company requirements.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance works in line with established maintenance programs and procedures.
• Undertake ad-hoc maintenance or repair tasks as assigned.
• Enforce and promote a strong safety culture during all maintenance activities.
• Ensure safe keeping of hand tools and maintain good housekeeping.
• Any other duties as and when assigned.

Requirements

• NITEC in Electrical disciplines with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience for those who hold a Electrical trade certificate (SEC/ CoreTrade) accredited by BCA.
• Able to work independetly and possesss good interpersonal skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to perform shift work when required.
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour.
