EHS Coordinator
About this job
Main Responsibilities:
Administrative & Data Management
Filing, copying, and data entry
Ensure completeness and accuracy of records
Compile and manage EHS performance data: Incident statistics, compliance tracking, and sustainability metrics
Maintain corrective action database: Track status and closure of action items
Manage and upload documents in EHS database: SDS, SOPs, RA, permits, and compliance records
Documentation & Reporting Support
Assist in maintaining safety documents: SOPs, Risk Assessments (RA), etc.
Assist in preparing safety reports: Monthly reports, KPI tracking, audit documentation
Publish monthly Safety Bulletins: Highlight key safety topics, incidents, and awareness messages
Training & EHS Communication
Coordinate EHS training programs: Induction, refresher, and regulatory training
Prepare and maintain training materials: Safety induction slides, training decks, awareness presentations
Support training execution: Attendance tracking, logistics, training records
Security & Fire System Support
Provide admin support to Security personnel, CCTV, card access
Provide admin support to manage fire systems
Procurement & Logistics Support
Raise Purchase Requisitions (PR):PPE, safety equipment, and EHS consumables
Liaise with vendors and procurement team: Quotation sourcing and delivery follow-up
Track order status: Maintain procurement records and delivery updates
Support logistics coordination: EHS equipment distribution and site readiness
Meeting & Coordination
Coordinate EHS meetings: Safety Committee, SLT, and other EHS-related meetings
Prepare and distribute meeting minutes: Track action items and follow-up status
- Facilitate cross-functional communication: Between EHS, operations, and other departments
Others
- Perform other administrative and coordination duties as assigned
About You:
Must possess Safety Coordinator Course (Level B)
At least 1 year of EHS support experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Maintain familiarity with legislative changes and update Company procedures to reflect / encompass requirements
Strong documentation, reporting, and training slide preparation skills
Good organizational and coordination ability
Basic understanding of EHS compliance requirements
Contract Duration: 12 months
