Job Summary

Support warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating cargo data, and following company procedures to ensure efficient logistics and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Update inventory systems by entering Goods Received Notes (GRN) accurately to maintain current stock data
• Reconcile inventory records and manage transfers within inventory management systems to ensure data accuracy
• Prepare packing lists and labels for outgoing shipments that comply with shipping regulations and customer requirements
• Coordinate with departments to collect and provide cargo volume data promptly upon request
• Follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, and company policies to maintain quality and regulatory compliance in warehouse operations
• Perform additional ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors to support warehouse functions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics support roles
• Proficiency with inventory management software, barcode scanners, and Microsoft Office applications
• Diploma holder
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team
• Flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Possession of a Class 3 driving license
