Test Engineering, Associate Manager / Manager

Work Location : 6 Tampines Industrial Avenue 5 Singapore 528760

Work Day : Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee Test Engineering team to carry out all the Test related activities for Server & Rack products for the production
• Lead and implement PXE Server configuration for the products
• Perform& maintain the Server & Rack run-in test process
• Perform& maintain the burn-in & power test process
• Liaise with customer & HQ / factory on the test program implementation andmaintenance
• Test and analyze all failures in the production products and work back withcustomer & HQ / factory for improvement
• Actively participate in the Kaizen activities
• Update the test program master list & tracking
• Craft and update Working Instruction
• Provide training over W/I to production
• Support the NPI Process
• Support production on the mass run
• Participate in ISO activities (implementation & maintenance)

Requirements:-

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering discipline
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Server / Rack/ Manufacturing environment
• Ability to work with the customer, HQ / factory, Peers / Subordinate and Superiors
• SAP& Linux knowledge
• Able to multi-task & work under pressure
• Good understanding of test methods and concepts
• Knowledge of programming and debugging skills
• Proven experience in tracking and analyzing both online and offline issues to develop improved testing strategies and implement measures for enhancing product quality.
