Customer Operations Specialist (Account & Order Management | Mechanical Background)

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main operational contact for strategic customers and build strong relationships
• Manage quotations, sales orders, and complex transactions with accuracy and commercial alignment
• Own the full order lifecycle from enquiry to delivery and after-sales support
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure smooth execution
• Handle escalations and resolve fulfilment issues promptly
• Analyse customer data and buying trends to generate insights and improve account performance
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and ensure compliance with pricing and internal systems (CRM / ERP systems)

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles, with Key Account management experience, within industrial, engineering, or technical environments.
• Possess exposure to Account operational and Order Management scopes.
• Strong customer orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft 365 business applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Power BI), CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), SAP B1.
• Ability to quickly learn business systems and other software platforms as required.
