Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates considering materials, labour, and equipment

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and measurements for tender works

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and schedules of rates

• Develop tender cost plans and budgets based on drawings and specifications

• Assist in tender preparation, evaluation, and cost comparison

• Liaise and build strong working relationships with main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Source and obtain competitive quotations from suppliers and subcontractors

• Any other ad hoc task as assigned by Manager or Management
