The Ballet & Music Company promotes Performing Arts as lifelong skills and lifestyle. Our centres offer dance and music classes for children and adults from age 2.5 and above. We are expanding and seeking dedicated candidates to join our team.

Job Summary

Support daily operations and administration of the Educational Centre, manage student enrollments and exams, maintain student records, assist parents, and help organize events to ensure smooth centre functioning and excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations and administrative tasks to support the Educational Centre’s smooth functioning
• Manage student enrollment processes including handling enquiries, conducting assessments, processing registrations, and coordinating exams
• Maintain and regularly update the student database to ensure accurate records
• Collect tuition fees and monitor student enrollment status for timely follow-up
• Guide and assist parents through the registration process to ensure clarity and satisfaction
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and children to foster a welcoming environment
• Assist in planning and organizing events, concerts, and open houses to promote centre activities
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support centre needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Completed “O” levels and diploma or higher qualification
• Proficient in computer use to manage administrative tasks efficiently
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work five days per week, including one weekday from 10am to 9pm, two weekdays from 12pm to 9pm, and weekends from 9am to 6pm
