Software Engineer (Technical Support)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Junior Software Engineer to support the development and delivery of customized software solutions. This role involves working closely with internal development teams and external clients to gather requirements, coordinate development activities, and ensure successful and timely delivery of software applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the software development team to build and deliver customized applications.
• Work with technologies such as C#, Java, .NET, Go, HTML, MongoDB, and SQL.
• Communicate with clients to understand business and technical requirements clearly.
• Translate client requirements into actionable tasks for the development team.
• Coordinate with software vendors/developers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Attend regular client meetings and provide updates on project status.
• Act as a bridge between clients and the development team.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of applications.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues.
• Maintain proper documentation of requirements, changes, and project updates.
• To communicate professionally in writing and verbally to Chinese counter-partners

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other relevant fields
• Basic understanding of software development concepts and lifecycle.
• Familiarity with one or more programming languages (C#, Java, .NET, Go).
• Knowledge of databases such as MongoDB and SQL.
• Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, APIs, etc.).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with clients
• Ability to gather and interpret requirements accurately.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Preferred Experience Background

• Internship or project experience in software development.
• Exposure to client-facing roles or project coordination.
• Understanding of Agile or similar development methodologies.
