Quantity Surveyor cum Administrator

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Quantity Surveyor cum Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will handle both cost management and general office administration. You will provide centralized support to a closely aligned group of three sister companies under the same management. This is an ideal position for an organized professional who enjoys variety and works well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Quantity Surveying Duties:

• Prepare cost estimates, tenders, and bills of quantities (BQ).
• Handle progress claims, variation orders, and final account settlements.
• Source and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project costs and prepare budget reports.

Administrative Duties:

• Manage daily general office operations and documentation.
• Handle basic HR coordination and staff attendance.
• Maintain organized filing systems across our affiliated entities.
• Liaise with external vendors, clients, and corporate secretarial agents when needed.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in related field.
• At least 1 years of work experience.
• Competent in software skills MS Office.
• Should be meticulous, independent, highly motivated, results-oriented, good team player and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Able to start work immediately is an advantage.
• Willing to work at Woodlands area.

What We Offer

• Salary: SGD $3,000 – $5,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Saturday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
