About the role

This incumbent is responsible for planning, coordinating, tracking, and reporting product reliability activities across R&D and manufacturing sites. The role ensures that product qualification and mass production reliability monitoring activities are executed according to schedule by coordinating closely with Product Managers, Reliability Engineers, Lab Manager, and manufacturing sites.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate product reliability qualifications for new and existing products, ensuring activities are completed according to project timelines.

  • Manage qualification samples and schedules, working closely with Product Managers, R&D, and manufacturing teams to ensure readiness.

  • Maintain the Reliability Master Schedule, providing clear visibility of testing activities, priorities, and milestones.

  • Coordinate testing resources, including reliability engineers, laboratories, and test chambers, to support smooth execution of qualification plans.

  • Monitor qualification and reliability testing progress, identify delays or potential risks, and drive corrective actions to keep schedules on track.

  • Support mass production reliability monitoring, ensuring ongoing product reliability assessments are conducted according to plan.

  • Prepare and consolidate reliability reports, providing regular updates on schedule status, testing progress, and key issues to management.

  • Maintain reliability documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, schedules, and records, ensuring they remain accurate and up to date.

  • Drive process improvements by supporting enhancements to reliability coordination, reporting, and documentation processes.

  • Develop reliability engineering knowledge through structured training, data review, test observation, and hands-on support activities, with progression toward a Reliability Engineer role.

About you

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Materials Science/Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.

  • Maximum 2 years of relevant experience in program coordination, project scheduling, production planning, engineering coordination, reliability, or a similar role.

  • Experience as a program coordinator, project scheduler, production scheduler, or project administrator is preferred.

  • Experience with documentation control, SOP/WI creation or review is an advantage.
