About this job
Job Description:
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including test execution, issue logging, and validation of system enhancements.
- Engage Recruitment Manager and business users to gather feedback, requirements, and suggestions for system improvements.
- Assist in tracking, consolidating, and following up on defects, enhancement requests, and testing outcomes.
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to facilitate testing, training, and change management activities.
- Prepare reports, user feedback summaries, and project updates for management review.
- Support communication and engagement efforts to drive awareness and adoption across the agency force.
- Assist in documenting business processes, user guides, and testing materials where required
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of UAT experience
- Knowledge of HR recruitment activities will be a plus
