About this job
Join a strategic Human Resources team focused on talent attraction and workforce development within a prominent healthcare organisation. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring that the organisation and its affiliated entities have access to the skilled professionals needed to deliver quality healthcare services.
You will work alongside keys stakeholders and partners to develop and implement progressive recruitment strategies, policies, and processes that is best suited for the organisation's evolving workforce needs and drive innovative recruitment initiatives to grow the organisation's talent pool and strengthen the talent pipeline in the long-term.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new talent sourcing and recruitment channels to broaden the organisation's access to potential candidates.
- Plan, coordinate, and support career talks, recruitment events, and outreach activities at local and overseas institutions of higher learning.
- Develop engaging recruitment and employer branding materials, including digital content and videos, to promote career and sponsorship opportunities across various platforms.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, professional leaders, and external institutions to execute talent attraction initiatives effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate outreach and recruitment activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare timely reports, presentations, and relevant insights for senior management to support workforce planning and decision-making.
- Support other talent attraction and workforce development initiatives as required.
Requirements
- Recognised Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, particularly in preparing reports, analysing information, and developing presentation materials.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- A proactive, resilient, and resourceful individual who is comfortable working independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
