Job Summary

You will manage customer orders and documentation to ensure successful deliveries, support sales and inventory processes, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide administrative assistance to sales and accounts teams.

Responsibilities

• Track and verify customer orders by preparing Sales Orders, Invoices, and Delivery Orders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries with complete documentation
• Prepare price quotations and update the product catalogue to maintain accurate pricing information
• Consolidate customer orders, issue Purchase Orders to suppliers, and monitor shipment status to ensure on-time receipt of goods
• Review regulatory requirements for product ingredients and prepare compliant product labels
• Assist the sales team by managing product listing forms, maintaining customer stock cards, and tracking order fulfillment status
• Manage stock inventory by creating product codes, conducting physical stock audits, and uploading received goods into the inventory system
• Organize and maintain accounting records and official documents for proper filing and easy retrieval
• Provide administrative support to Sales and Accounts teams to facilitate smooth operations
• Support ad hoc duties and projects assigned by Management to meet business needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent with 2-3 years of relevant work experience
• Working knowledge of basic accounting software (e.g., AutoCount) is an advantage
• Proficiency in English to communicate effectively in a business environment
• Proficiency in MS Excel to manage data and generate reports efficiently
• Demonstrate maturity, independence, meticulousness, and resourcefulness in daily tasks
