As a Door-to-Door Charity Fundraiser, you’ll represent established charitable organisations and engage with members of the public in a face-to-face environment. Job Details

Position: Door-to-Door Charity Fundraiser
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Singapore (In Person)
Work Location: 110 Robinson Road
Start Date: Immediate / within 1–2 weeks
Salary: $3,000 – $4,000 per month
Suitable For: Fresh graduates / Entry-level candidates / Interns

Your Responsibilities

• Represent charitable organisations professionally and positively
• Engage with members of the public through door-to-door and field-based activities
• Introduce and explain charity campaigns and their impact
• Build rapport with potential supporters and answer questions confidently
• Encourage members of the public to support charitable causes through regular contributions
• Work closely with your team to achieve individual and team targets
• Attend regular training, coaching, and team development sessions
• Take feedback positively and continuously improve your communication and sales skills
• Progress towards leadership opportunities based on performance and development

Requirements

• 18 and above
• Able to communicate confidently in English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with members of the public
• Comfortable with outdoor and field-based work
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work well in a team environment
• Leadership potential and willingness to take initiative
• Open to receiving coaching and constructive feedback
• No prior sales or fundraising experience required — full training will be provided
