Executive Assistant (up to $4,2k) #NKC

Provide comprehensive executive support to senior management, including calendar management, meeting coordination and travel arrangements.

Manage confidential correspondence, documents, expense claims, itineraries and meeting materials with a high level of accuracy and discretion.

Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and materials, record minutes where required, and follow up on action items.

Act as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders and ensure timely and professional communication.

Arrange business travel, accommodation, transportation and related logistics for senior management and visiting guests.

Provide administrative support including invoice processing, claims, document preparation, reporting and information collation.

Manage incoming correspondence and general Corporate Services matters.

Support the planning and coordination of corporate events, employee activities and CSR initiatives.

Prepare reports, presentations and supporting documents for management.

Assist with ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned by management.
