Senior Architectural Coordinator (HDB project/ West area)

Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural works to meet project quality and timelines.
• Review architectural drawings and ensure accuracy with site conditions.
• Prepare sketches and drawings to resolve design and site issues.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, and M&E drawings to resolve clashes.
• Highlight design changes and variations to the project team.
• Ensure proper trade sequencing, dimensions, levels, and site set-out.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or a related field (e.g., Building Technology, Interior Design)
