What You'll Do

• Lead daily service and maintenance operations.
• Install, test, commission, and troubleshoot CCTV, access control, and security systems.
• Coordinate service schedules and ensure timely project completion.
• Provide technical guidance and support to engineers and technicians.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Work closely with customers to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Maintain accurate service reports and documentation.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in CCTV, Access Control, or Security Systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Leadership and team supervision experience
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Valid Class 3 / 3A Driving Licence
