Perm Customer Service Executive (Insurance Industry) #NKC

Min 1 year experience in Insurance industry

Handle customer and intermediary enquiries mainly via email through Salesforce.

Respond to emails, letters and outbound calls when required.

Provide first-contact resolution for routine customer enquiries and requests.

Process customer requests according to SOPs, product guidelines and approved templates.

Handle straightforward cases independently and escalate complex cases when necessary.

Maintain accurate customer records, case updates and follow-ups in Salesforce.

Resolve customer issues professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

Ensure all enquiries are handled within the required SLA and service standards.

Perform other duties as assigned.
