Customer Service Officer (Gov | Up to $16 | 3 months renewable)

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, office hours

Salary: $15.95/hr

Duration: Mid Sep 26 - Mid Dec 2026

Location: Newton

• Address taxpayers’ tax queries on the various tax types such as Individual Income Tax, Property tax over the Helpline, Live chat or via Walk-ins
• Promote and nudge taxpayers in the usage of our e-Services and chatbot
• Guide taxpayers on the step-by-step e-Filing procedures and provide advices on their filing and payment obligations

Requirements:
• GCE A Level and above strictly
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidates without tax experience or customer service are welcome to apply as training will be provided
• Must be able to commit to the entire period.
