Engineering Admin (PHARMA MNC/East) - Training Provided/up to $3.1k #HAO

Salary: up to $3100

Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours

Location: Changi (pickup at Tanah Merah/Jurong/Punggol)

Job Description:
* Ensure that all distribution activities are completed inaccordance with approved documentation.

* Process Drug Order Forms ensuring that details such asbatch allocation, quantity and medication numbered packs are keyed into COSMOSaccurately.

* Allocate batches for opened and randomised protocols, andidentify patient packs required for each Drug Order Form.

* Prepare all relevant paperwork required for each dispatchin line with distribution procedures, carrier’s requirements and customsregulations.

* Arrange shipping of ancillary orders, raising airway billsand generating shipping paperwork.

* Generate pro-forma and commercial invoices, DangerousGoods declarations, e-Cert documents and any other country specificdeclarations.

* Liaise with internal and external customers, and carriersregarding invoice approvals, queries and amendments.

* Perform and maintain computer transactions in line withdistribution and material control systems.

* Administrative duties such as photocopying, filing,archiving of Operations documentation

* Other ad hoc tasks as required by the manager

Job Requirements: Min Diploma/Degree in Business/Logistics/Engineering or similar
