Responsibilities
- Lead project management activities to ensure timely and quality completion of construction projects
- Supervise site operations to maintain safety, compliance, and progress standards
- Manage project cost control by monitoring budgets and implementing corrective actions
- Plan and allocate manpower resources effectively to meet project demands
- Coordinate communication and collaboration with owners, consultants, and subcontractors to align project objectives and resolve issues
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by Professional Engineer Board or Building & Construction Authority
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering or HDB BTO projects
