About the role
We are seeking a Management Trainee to join Lingjack Engineering Works Pte. Ltd. in a full-time position based in the Woodlands North Region. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to begin a management career within a dynamic manufacturing and logistics environment.

As a Management Trainee, you will gain comprehensive exposure to various aspects of operations management, production management, and logistics coordination. This role is designed to develop your understanding of our business operations and prepare you for progression into senior management positions within the organisation.

Job Description
The Management Trainee will undergo a comprehensive training program to gain knowledge and skills in various aspects of management, in various Departments eg. Purchasing, Customer Service, Sales Department.

He/she will be groomed for future supervisory/ managerial roles within the organization, based on their performance, potential, and aptitude demonstrated during the training period of 12 months.

• OTJ training program to understand of the organization's operations, policies, procedures, & magt practices.

• Assist managers and supervisors in carrying out projects and initiatives.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings.

• Work with different departments to accomplish shared goals.

Qualifications

• Diploma from preferably Business Studies or Business Admin or related field

• Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience or in customer service, sales or purchasing preferrable.

• Written and communication skills in English and ability to communicate in a second language
