Marketing Executive (Manufacturing/Central/4.2k/5 days)

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate campaign results through sophisticated marketing analytics, converting performance data into practical strategies that boost audience engagement, conversion rates, and return on investment.
• Contribute to brand-building efforts and maintain uniform brand identity across all communications and points of customer contact.
• Partner with internal departments and external agencies to drive cross-functional cooperation, guaranteeing the timely and cost-effective delivery of key marketing initiatives.
• Design and roll out strategic plans for product messaging and promotions, strengthening brand presence, market positioning, and customer interaction.
• Direct the creation and rollout of branded assets(such as brochures, slide decks, and promotional tools) alongside team members, ensuring they adhere to both regional and global marketing guidelines.
• Take on additional tasks as reasonably requested to meet organizational needs

Requirements:

• A diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a closely related discipline
• At least 4 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in a comparable position, with demonstrated expertise in brand messaging, online marketing, and executing promotional campaigns.
• Track record of guiding cross-functional teams and operating across multiple international markets
• Skilled in using digital marketing platforms and technologies, such as Google Analytics, social media scheduling tools, and email campaign software
• Solid grasp of core marketing concepts, methodologies, and best practices
• Sharp analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into informed business decisions
