Job Description
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
- Monitor financial performance, costs and profitability.
- Oversee accounting, month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Manage cash flow and working capital.
- Ensure compliance, internal controls and audit requirements.
- Provide financial analysis and advice to Management.
- Support business decisions, investments and strategic planning.
- Lead and develop the Finance team.
- Improve finance processes, systems and efficiency.
- Handle other finance-related duties as required.
