YR23 - Accounts & HR Executive (6 Month Contract) | WFH | Degree Holder

Position Title : Accounts & HR Executive (6 Month Contract)
Salary: $3000 - $4,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:20am – 7:20pm
Work Arrangement: Work from home, with face-to-face meetings when required
Contract Period: Mid - September 2026 to End - March 2027

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting duties, including full set of accounts, reconciliations and month-end closing.
• Prepare financial reports, payment records and supporting documents.
• Assist with budgeting, cash flow monitoring and audit preparation.
• Maintain proper accounting records and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Support HR administration such as employee records, leave, payroll coordination and employment documentation.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding and general employee-related matters.
• Prepare HR and finance reports as required.
• Liaise with management, employees, auditors, vendors and other external parties when necessary.
• Attend face-to-face meetings when required.
• Perform other accounting, HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience handling a full set of accounts is preferred.
• With exposure to HR administration or payroll will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently in a work-from-home arrangement
