Job Description:

* Collect, validate, and maintain data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity for analysis and reporting purposes.

* Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and performance reports to monitor key business metrics, including delivery performance, inventory management, and service operations.

* Analyze data trends and generate meaningful insights, reports, and visualizations to support business decision-making.

* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify performance gaps, develop improvement initiatives, implement corrective actions, and track progress against targets.

* Monitor and follow up on action plans to ensure timely completion and achievement of desired outcomes.

* Provide administrative support and assist in coordinating business performance improvement activities as required.

Requirements:

* Diploma in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.

* Proficient in data analysis tools, reporting platforms, and relevant programming languages.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify issues and recommend data-driven solutions.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present findings and collaborate with stakeholders across different functions.

* Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to undertake both analytical and administrative responsibilities, including close monitoring and follow-up of outstanding action items.

* Able to actively participate in corporate initiatives, including Management by Objectives (MBO), continuous improvement projects, and organizational development activities.
