Centre Supervisor (Student Care)

New Life Student Care is catered to Primary school-going children, aged 7 – 12. Our mission is to nurture children to be thoughtful thinkers and confident contributors by providing holistic engagement at our centres.

Weare seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Supervisor to oversee centre operations, programme quality, and staff performance to ensure a safe, engaging, and high-quality environment for children.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
• Maintain high standards of programme quality, safety, and compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, supervise, and support staff in delivering quality care and programmes for children.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture that supports children with diverse needs and their families.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective communication, coordination, and continuous improvement of centre operations.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, staff, and stakeholders to promote a welcoming and supportive environment.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Education, Child Development, or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in student care, education, or a related sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Ability to multitask and manage centre operations effectively.
