About this job
Location: Near Pasir Panjang MRT / Woodlands
Working Days: 5 days/week
Working Hours: 9.00am – 7.00pm
Job Responsibilities
- Post recruitment advertisements on FastJobs, JobStreet, Facebook and other platforms
- Source and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates
- Arrange candidates for interviews
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Assist with recruitment-related administrative work and data entry
- Handle recruitment for driver and rider positions
- Work towards recruitment targets and company KPIs
Requirements
- Recruitment experience will be an advantage
- Candidates with Admin, Customer Service or Sales experience are welcome
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin to communicate with candidates and clients
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and target-oriented
- Willing to learn and able to work independently
