Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Quality Control Specialist to oversee quality management, standard operating procedure (SOP) adherence, and operational audit workflows across our F&B outlets. This role focuses on enforcing product consistency, raw material yield, and operational standards across our beverage and bakery offerings—specifically centered on specialized coffee brewing profiles and artisanal baguette production.
Key Responsibilities
Quality & Auditing: Conduct routine operational and quality control audits across outlets to ensure 100% adherence to recipe execution, beverage extraction, and dough baking standards.
Coffee Quality Management: Perform sensory evaluations, cupping tests, and grinder/equipment calibrations for specialty coffee bean profiles (specifically Robusta/Arabica blends).
Bakery Standards: Monitor production parameters for artisanal baguettes, including dough fermentation, proofing, oven temperature profiles, and crust structural integrity.
Operational Efficiency: Track ingredient yields, monitor stock usage, audit waste metrics, and resolve operational bottlenecks across kitchen and service areas.
Hygiene & Safety: Enforce food safety protocols, hygiene regulations, and sanitation standards in accordance with SFA requirements.
Training & Onboarding: Train frontline service and kitchen personnel on standard operating procedures, equipment handling, and quality assurance benchmarks.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in quality control, operational auditing, or F&B kitchen management.
Technical Domain Skills: Demonstrated domain expertise in specialty coffee evaluation/brewing profiles and artisanal baguette/bread production control.
- Competencies: Strong analytical skills, high attention to operational detail, and willingness to work flexible retail hours (including weekends and public holidays).
