Staff Nurse (Home Visits) | Up to $4,000 | East

Salary Range: $3,000 – $4,000 per month

Working Hours: 5 day work week

Time: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect the required medical equipment prior to each visit
• Travel to and conduct home visits with assigned patients
• Perform nursing care and assessments during the visit in line with care plans
• Return equipment and items after each visit, ensuring proper handling and accountability
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient visits and care provided
• Respond to on-call duties as required

Requirements:

• Must be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
• Valid nursing certification required
• Prior home care or community nursing experience is an advantage but not essential
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and manage time across multiple home visits
