CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Description

• Plan and schedule projects effectively.
• Ensure that safety procedures are incorporated into all project management activities and take initiatives to promote a safe working environment.
• Coordinate and supervise construction teams and subcontractors in the installation, testing and commissioning of equipment to ensure compliance with the required specifications and quality standards.
• Anticipate potential project issuesand take appropriate measures to minimise risks.
• Manage, supervise and coordinate site works and workers.
• Provide training and guidance to new workers.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties asassigned by the Project Manager.

Requirements

• Possess a certificate in the Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course or other relevant safety-related courses.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
