Job Summary

Support the HR and Accounts department by accurately processing staff payroll, managing filing and data entry tasks, and performing other administrative duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Process staff payroll data accurately to support timely salary disbursement
• Organize and maintain filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of HR documents
• Complete assigned administrative tasks efficiently to support HR operations
• Assist Accounts department on budgeting and accounts analysis
• Complete assigned administrative tasks efficiently to support Accounts Manager

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations to support payroll processing
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and filing
• No prior experience required; willingness to learn and adapt
