The role

We are seeking a Software Applications Manager to join our growing technology team. This role focuses on our product, DocuPrism, a platform for building and running document-related operations for the enterprise.

You will work closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists and customer support staff to ensure clients' solutions are built and delivered.

What you’ll do

• Act as the primary technical liaison between internal engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications.

• Manage product release cycles and coordinate deployment schedules for DocuPrism updates, ensuring seamless transitions for client operations.

• Lead user enablement initiatives, including the creation of technical documentation and training materials to drive platform adoption.

• Establish feedback loops with the customer support team to prioritise recurring product issues and feature requests based on real-world usage data.

• Continuously learn and apply new data science techniques, tools, and best practices.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in managing the end-to-end delivery of enterprise software applications or SaaS products.

• Strong understanding of modern software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

• Ability to bridge technical and business domains, translating client needs into clear technical specifications for engineering teams.

• Deep familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their practical application in business workflows, with the ability to articulate value to non-technical users.

• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of coordinating cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and customer support.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients.

• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making to prioritise features and improvements.
