Digital Marketing Specialist / Assistant Digital Marketing Manager - Korea Markets

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, Naver, Kakao, Line, and other relevant Korean platforms
• Manage and coordinate with local agencies (media buying, creative, public relation, influencer, SEO/SEM) to ensure alignment with business goals
• Conduct keyword research, SEO, and SEM specifically for the Korean market
• Manage social media content (Instagram, Kakao, Naver Blog, YouTube, etc.) tailored to Korean consumer behavior
• Collaborate with HQ/regional teams to localize global marketing strategies for Korea
• Track, analyst, and report campaign performance; provide insights to improve ROI
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Native Korean speaker equivalent level with written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Digital Marketing or related field
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house)
• Strong understanding of Korean digital platforms (Naver, Kakao, Coupang Ads, etc.)
• Experience in SEO/SEM, social media ads, and content creation
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Naver Analytics, Meta Business Suite
• Ability to work independently while aligning with international teams
• Passion for fashion, luxury goods, or retail isa plus
