3 Months Temp Admin Assistant (Grants) | Jurong | Up to $2760 #NKA

Location: Jurong East

Duration: 12 weeks (subject to extension)

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 830 - 6

Salary: Up to $2760

Job Responsibilities:

• Administer day to day operations of grants, including processing of applications, variations, candidate onboarding and claims.
• Validate claims documents and prepare for Finance disbursement, & where relevant, provide findings to the OIC for evaluation.
• Review submitted documentation for completeness and compliance; identify discrepancies and follow up with employers or partners
• Maintain accurate, audit ready records in accordance with programme and organisational requirements
• Liaise with Members, Training Providers, call centre and relevant departments for appeals and enquiries
• Checking of membership status
• Update internal database and prepare reports
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum ‘A’ Level and proficient in Microsoft Office skills
• Good time management and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous with good numeracy
• Possess good written and verbal communications skills
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
