Project Manager (Oil&Gas)

About our client: Our client is a manufacturer of offshore drilling and production equipment that is well-suited for use in deepwater applications.

About the role:

• Manage and coordinate projects from project handover through execution and completion.
• Work closely with the internal project management, engineering, manufacturing and other supporting teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, deliverables and milestones.
• Coordinate project resources and follow up on project progress and outstanding actions.
• Monitor project costs, risks and overall project performance.
• Review project requirements and ensure deliverables are aligned with specifications and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve project issues and ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare project status updates and reports for management.
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes and practices.

About you:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in Oil & Gas, energy, industrial equipment or manufacturing industries.
• Candidates with engineering, project engineering or project coordination experience who are looking to progress into a Project Manager role are welcome.
• Good understanding of project planning, scheduling, cost control and project execution.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively with internal project teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.

• Work hours: Monday to Friday
