Marketing Assistant（Chinese Tuition Centre）

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media content plans (including Facebook, Instagram, XHS, etc.) to achieve marketing objectives.

• Create engaging, informative, and visually appealing posts that highlight our unique tuition programs and success stories.

• Plan and organize marketing events and promotional activities to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.

• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Collaborate with the teaching and admin teams to align content with curriculum and brand messaging.

• Interact with our online community to build relationships and foster a positive brand image.

• Support marketing campaigns and events as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management and event planning, especially on platforms relevant to students and parents.

• Strong analytical skills to assess marketing effectiveness and suggest improvements.

• Creativity and strategic thinking in designing activities that attract and engage potential customers.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, error-free content.

• Basic proficiency with design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and an eye for visual aesthetics.

• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with digital marketing practices and knowledge of the Chinese tuition/education industry is a plus.
