Job Description:

• Achieve monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling of products to portfolio of clients
• Deliver high standards of service and professional financial advice
• Ensure that all sales activities are conducted with the highest standards and quality. Ensure compliance with both internal and external regulatory requirements
• Drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding the client base, and maximizing revenue streams.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in insurance sales.
• Sales driven and willing to work hard for your income and goals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach and the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, market trends, and best practices.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify insights, and make strategic recommendations.
• Attractive Income, the package consists of base salary + fixed cash allowances (mobile and transport) + quarterly commission + yearend bonus.
• Staff will be provided with leads and they don’t need to do the prospecting by themselves.
