Senior Associate (Business Liaison Officer)

We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our Finance team supporting the Business Office. Your efforts will directly contribute to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our patients and their families, making a meaningful difference in their hospital experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate timely and seamless patient admissions and transfers into our hospitals
• Provide financial counselling and admission briefings to patients and families
• Ensure patients have adequate deposits and/or Medisave coverage, and assist patients in applying for Medifund where necessary
• Handle admission and billing enquiries, as well as the collection of payments
• Support new service rollouts and process improvements
  
  

Job Requirements

• Diploma holder or GCE N / O / A / NITEC / Higher NITEC with 4 years of working experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A collaborative team player
• Self-motivated, resourceful and able to multitask
• Comfortable working with numbers, details, and reporting duties
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Passion for customer service and serving patients
• Proficient in intermediate Excel skills
• This position requires working half a Saturday on a rotational basis
