FINANCE MANAGER

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Oversee daily finance operations, including GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliations, cash flow management and month-end closing.

· Ensurethe accuracy and timely preparation of financial reports, including audited financial statements, GST returns and income tax returns

· Work closely with cross-functional teams and provide financial insights and support to management in strategic business decision-making.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Degree in Accounting, finance or a related discipline.

· 10 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including supervisory or managerial experience

· Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred

· Experience in managing financial operations, full set of accounts and financial reporting

· Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), GST, Corporate Income Tax and statutory compliance requirements

· Strong analytical and communication skills

· Strong sense of responsibility, integrity and attention to detail
