Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Construction (Façade & Curtain Wall)
• Position Title: Quantity Surveyor
• Working Location: Kaki Bukit
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm; Sat, 9.00am – 1.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $5,000 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Review construction drawings and prepare quantity estimates
• Check material costs, maintenance costs, and contract terms to ensure cost effectiveness
• Liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors
• Prepare reports, contracts, budgets, and other project-related documents
• Provide advice to managers and clients on cost planning and improvement suggestions
• Monitor material usage and arrange replenishment when needed
• Record any design changes and update cost estimates and budgets accordingly
• Maintain good working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Travel between office and project sites when required

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Prior experience in quantity surveying for façade or curtain wall projects is an advantage.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, costing, and contract administration
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
