Program Executive

Job Description:

- Lead, mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team focused on production and drones assembly within the UAV Division.

- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, production, and supply chain teams, to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to support business growth and operational excellence in advanced material engineering.

- Prepare and present detailed reports and performance metrics to senior management for informed decision-making.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and company policies.

Job Requirements:

- Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Aerospace, or related disciplines is preferred.

- Proven experience in a Program managerial role within engineering, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing sectors, preferably with exposure to UAV technologies.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of managing diverse stakeholder relationships.

- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, complemented by strong problem-solving skills.

- Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under pressure.

- Familiarity with advanced materials, composites, and manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
