Assistant Finance Manager (SGX)

Our client, a SGX Listed firm within the Real Estate industry is currently seeking for an Assistant Finance Manager.

As part of a 10-man team, the Assistant Finance Manager be responsible for the preparation of group consolidation for 10 entities and financial reporting. Reporting to the Finance Director, the incumbent will prepare SGX reporting, group forecasts and assist with board reporting.

Successful candidates can expect to work in a fast-paced work environment for the established organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess at least a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• At least 6 years working experience, ideally within Real Estate and/or SGX Listed firms
• Hands-on experience in group consolidation
• Familiarity with IFRS and SFRS
• Meticulous and organized individuals who can meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
