Looking for an opportunity in distribution, logistics coordination and operations?

Join a structured team where you’ll support order processing, shipment coordination, documentation and system transactions to ensure smooth and accurate distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process order forms and accurately update order and product information in the internal system
• Perform batch allocation and coordinate required product packs according to established procedures
• Prepare documentation for dispatch, shipment and customs requirements
• Coordinate shipments and prepare airway bills and relevant shipping documents
• Prepare invoices, declarations and other required documentation
• Liaise with internal teams, customers, vendors and carriers to resolve queries and coordinate approvals
• Perform system transactions related to distribution and material control
• Maintain accurate records, filing and archiving of operational documents
• Support day-to-day distribution and administrative activities
