Business Architecture Analyst

As a Business Architecture Consultant within Accenture Song, you will lead the design and transformation of digital business models with a strong focus on mobile-first platforms. You will bridge business strategy and technology delivery, shaping end-to-end customer experiences and enabling scalable mobile solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead business architecture frameworks aligned with mobile product and platform strategies
• Translate business objectives into scalable mobile capabilities, operating models, and solution blueprints
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, product, and data) to deliver mobile-led transformation programs
• Drive customer-centric design by mapping user journeys and identifying opportunities for mobile innovation
• Establish governance structures, business processes, and capability maps to support digital and mobile initiatives
• Guide stakeholders on prioritization of mobile features and capabilities based on business value and feasibility
• Support agile delivery teams by linking business requirements to technical implementation and ensuring alignment with architectural principles
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability building within the business architecture practice

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 –8 years of experience in business architecture, digital transformation, or consulting roles
• Proven experience delivering mobile application or mobile platform transformation programs
• Strong understanding of business architecture frameworks, operating models, and capability mapping
• Experience working in agile or product-based delivery environments
• Ability to translate complex business needs into structured, actionable solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams
